Sports technology provider Sportradar Group AG announced Wednesday that Gerard Griffin, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will participate in two conferences in September, including Citi’s 2023 Global Technology Conference and Bank of America’s Annual Gaming and Lodging Conference. Aditionally, the company has reaffirmed its annual outlook, with projected growth of 24% to 26% for revenue and 25% to 33% for Adjusted EBITDA for the entire year.
Citi’s 2023 Global Technology Conference is set to take place at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York City on September 6, 2023. Meanwhile, Bank of America's Annual Gaming and Lodging Conference will take place at the Bank of America Tower in New York City on September 7, 2023. The company will host investor meetings during both conferences.

Furthermore, the company reaffirmed its projections provided in August, anticipating revenue in the range of $994.5 million (€902 million) to $1 billion (€920 million), signifying a growth of 24% to 26%. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to fall between $173.1 million (€157 million) and $184.1 million (€167 million), indicating a growth range of 25% to 33%; and Adjusted EBITDA margin in the range of 17% to 18%.
Sportradar is also providing additional guidance on the relative weighting of revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in the third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2023, anticipating that the third quarter should represent approximately 43% of the second-half revenue and 52% of the second-half Adjusted EBITDA.
Meanwhile, the fourth quarter should represent approximately 57% of the second-half revenue and 48% of the second-half Adjusted EBITDA.
