Las Vegas: Circa Sports to open new sportsbook at Silverton Casino Lodge

Sports betting operator Circa Sports is set to open a new sportsbook at the Silverton Casino Lodge, thereby further expanding its footprint in Las Vegas. As per a press release, a temporary book will open on January 1st, and the permanent facility is expected to debut in March for the college basketball tournament.

"As a Vegas-born venture, Circa Sports is thrilled to be working with a beloved local property like Silverton to launch our first southwest Las Vegas book," Circa Sports CEO Derek Stevens said in a statement. "Silverton has been an excellent partner in bringing this life and we look forward to introducing an easily accessible and visually stunning sports betting option to a new part of the city."

The temporary sportsbook will open next to Shady Grove Bar and Lounge with two betting windows and two self-serve kiosks. 

Meanwhile, the permanent sportsbook will encompass 1,600 square feet and will be located next to Silverton's parking garage. It's also set to include three betting windows, three self-serving betting kiosks, odds boards and betting sheet racks, 12 lounge chairs, six four-person tables, four six-person booths, and 22 bar top games. 

Tentative business hours for the sportsbook will be from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. It's the fifth satellite sportsbook brand for Circa. Silverton is located on Blue Diamond Road near Interstate 15.
