BMM Testlabs approved as testing and certification lab for Peru’s new online gaming program

BMM Testlabs announced Tuesday that it has been approved as a testing and certification laboratory for Peru’s new online gaming and sports betting program.

The company was officially approved by Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), following MINCETUR’s October 2023 approval of the country’s sports betting and iGaming regulations, which made Peru the third country in South America to regulate these programs following Colombia and Argentina. The regulations came into effect February 9th, 2024 and operators have until March 2024 to apply.
