Latin American platform and content solutions provider Vibra Gaming has announced its calendar of gaming events for this year. Sharing its "World Tour 2024" roadmap, the company designed an innovative communication piece that simulates a board game and describes its executives' journey month by month.
Utilizing this creative game-like format, the developer shows the 24 tradeshows it will visit around the world, "the maximum number to which it has committed itself so far," the company said.
According to Vibra Gaming, this exhibition schedule reflects how the company applies its creative spirit not only to the development of its games but also to every part of its operations, including its communication and marketing strategy.
"The World Tour fits perfectly with Vibra's creative philosophy, as the company produces innovative and award-winning localized gaming and software solutions used by some of the world's biggest brands," the firm noted in a statement.
Beginning with ICE London in February and SBC Summit Rio in March, the Vibra Gaming team has already begun this tour of 24 global industry events that will see it travel some 173,386 kilometers or three times the circumference of the Earth.
The board game is color-coded for attendees to instantly identify where the company will be attending and/or exhibiting. It also features a series of layouts that include the company's management team dressed in local attire, allowing friends and family to know where they are at all times.

Each month, the Vibra team will use the board game to approach a specific event and showcase it on social channels, providing potential clients with detailed information ahead of key business meetings.
Ramiro Atucha, CEO of Vibra Gaming, commented on the initiative: "The idea of creating an event board game started as a private joke. Since we travel a lot, we originally wanted to create something to let our families know where we are at certain times of the year, but then we thought this was also the ideal creativity to share with the industry and let them know where to find us."
"Then our design team got creative, as they often do with our marketing materials and products, and started planning every event we will attend and exhibit at, which is more than any other year to date that we've had," he added.

The company also said that it foresees "an excellent year" during which it will expand "the development of innovative internal content by its gaming team", including new slots, lottery, crash, table, and bingo games designed for specific markets. The Vibra Solutions division will also see many operators launch their highly flexible modular platform products.
"We are a very approachable, friendly, and sociable group of iGaming experts who love nothing more than meeting current and potential clients. We are very excited to embark on this year-long adventure and with the added benefit that our families will know exactly where we are on the planet at all times!" Atucha concluded.
