GAT Expo Cartagena opens its exhibition space after gathering 300+ executives at its conference day

Authorities from Coljuegos and the main Colombian associations, together with José Aníbal Aguirre at the opening of the GAT Expo 2024 conferences

After an intense conference day that took place yesterday in the New Granada Hall of the Las Americas Convention Center, which saw more than 30 speakers take to the stage, today the exhibition floor of GAT Expo Cartagena opens its doors.

The event, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary, receives in this new edition 67 exhibiting companies from 45 countries around the world. It also has 22 sponsors and expects the attendance of more than 3,000 executives from the Latin American gaming sector.

The GAT Expo Academy

The intensive day of conferences of the GAT Expo Academy yesterday left an unbeatable balance for its organizers. More than 300 executives filled the capacity of the large convention hall, and kept the interest of attendees throughout the day, closing the cycle with a party with which GAT Expo organizers celebrated 25 years of the traditional Colombian exhibition.

Among the outstanding participations, the greatest interest was attracted by the presentation of the President of Coljuegos, Marco Emilio Hincapié, who proposed to create a commission of Latin American regulators, which his peer also supported, the president of the National Gaming Commission (Conajzar) of Paraguay, Carlos Liseras.

José Aníbal Aguirre, organizer of the tradeshow and the cycle of conferences, spoke exclusively to Yogonet, assuring that the results of the program "exceeded what we have experienced in previous editions."

"We are happy with the result of this program of talks, round tables, and conferences since it surpassed the summons of any previous edition, and it clearly shows the interest and support that GAT Expo maintains in time among the main regulators, executives, and businessmen of the gaming and betting sector of the whole region. We have started our 25th anniversary in the best way, and we hope that the exhibition also reflects this interest and support from all the attendees here in Cartagena," Aguirre explained.

The event begins today

The tradeshow will be open to the public today and tomorrow between 2:00 pm and 8:00 p.m., and features exhibition areas occupied by booths with surfaces exceeding 100 square meters, with major exhibitors such as Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Win Systems, R Franco, IGT and Gambee. They are followed by other brands such as BetConstruct, WATechnology, Merkur, Zitro, EGT, Amusnet, Digitain, and Spintec.

The event has Pragmatic Play as Premium Sponsor, while Platinum Sponsors include BetConstruct, Evolution, and Novomatic. BetPlay, Altenar, Wa Technology, Aristocrat, GLI, and PlaylogiQ are also sponsors.
