Station Casinos is set to celebrate Independence Day with fireworks displays at three of its Las Vegas valley locations. The company announced that Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock Casino, and Durango Casino will host "a fireworks spectacular" on Thursday, July 4, starting at 9 p.m.
The fireworks shows will be orchestrated by Fireworks by Grucci, a renowned pyrotechnics company. Each of the three resorts will also hold viewing parties for guests to enjoy the festivities.
Admission to these watch parties is priced at $35 for individuals aged 12 and older, and $10 for children aged 2 to 11. Tickets can be purchased at each resort's gift shop, according to the announcement. The shows will also stream live on social media.
In the past, the fireworks have been on either side of the valley, one being at Red Rock and the other being at Green Valley Ranch. However, this year, the company is utilizing its newest venture as well, Durango, which sits right in the middle.
It was reported last month that Durango could move forward with expansion by the end of this year or early next year, according to company executives. The potential expansion of the resort comes amid its strong debut in the locals casino market.
Company officials said that Durango will achieve its margin goals faster than originally planned, reported the Las Vegas Review-Journal. However, some cannibalization in customers at Red Rock Resort has occurred, the executives stated during the company's first-quarter earnings call with Wall Street analysts.
Speaking about future development plans, management said that Red Rock Resorts will first focus on developing a 100,000-square-foot casino with the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians in Madera, California. That project is expected to break ground in the third quarter.
