Aristocrat-owned iLottery and iGaming solutions provider NeoGames and the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC) have announced a seven-year partnership. As part of the agreement, approved by the Governor and Executive Council, NeoGames will deliver its comprehensive iLottery solution to the NHLC starting July 1, 2025.

The contract will see NeoGames provide a complete turn-key iLottery solution for NHLC, including its player account management (PAM), NeoSphere, its central gaming system (CGS) NeoDraw for the sales of draw-based games, instant games from NeoGames Studio, in addition to content from Wizard Games.

As part of the full solution, NeoGames will also deliver a new website, a mobile application and a loyalty program to the NHLC in partnership with Gambyt. Additionally, NeoGames will provide a range of services, including marketing services from the NeoEngage customer engagement solution, delivering real-time and personalized enhancements, among other features.

Since the NHLC's iLottery launch in 2018, NeoGames has provided the Lottery with its iLottery platform, games, and various services through its joint venture NeoPollard Interactive (NPi). As part of the new agreement, NeoGames will become the sole provider of NHLC's iLottery program.

NeoGames' iLottery solution leads the U.S. market, where lotteries using NeoGames solutions hold an estimated 70% of the iLottery gross wager market share, the company said. The new agreement between NeoGames and the NHLC means the top four per capita U.S. iLottery states of New Hampshire, Michigan, Virginia and North Carolina will all continue to be on NeoGames' platform.

"We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America," Chris Shaban, Managing Director iLottery at NeoGames, said.

"With our industry-leading technology solutions, games and services, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership and playing a key role in the growth of the lottery's online program into the next decade."

"We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown," Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director at New Hampshire Lottery, said.

"This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players. This partnership also allows us to significantly boost player engagement, supporting our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire public schools."

Australian gaming giant Aristocrat Leisure Limited completed the acquisition of NeoGames in April in a deal valued at approximately AUD1.5 billion ($962 million).
