The Malta Gaming Excellence Awards recognizes companies that consistently innovate and enhance industry standards, according to the event's program. The awards highlight achievements and advancements within the community of iGaming businesses based in Malta.
SOFTSWISS was awarded the Best Crypto Service Provider for its comprehensive Crypto Casino Solution. The platform offers a wide array of features, including player management, bonusing, gamification, and reporting.
The platform supports major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Tether, providing secure crypto processing, consulting services for crypto gambling, and in-game currency conversion.
The company also received the Best Customer Service Support award. In Q1 2024, the Anti-Fraud team within SOFTSWISS Managed Services helped clients save EUR 4.3 million ($4.6 million). A key innovation is the Responsible Gaming Risk Scoring Tool, which uses machine learning algorithms to detect gaming violations.
