Digitain launches Centrivo CRM platform for enhanced player lifecycle management

Sportsbook and iGaming solutions provider Digitain has expanded its technology portfolio with the launch of its Centrivo CRM platform. The platform offers operator partners a comprehensive multi-channel and automation solution for player lifecycle management and engagement.

The Centrivo CRM platform addresses the need for advanced marketing technology among iGaming operators. It enables operators to unify all player-related touchpoints in one hub, personalizing player engagement, managing preferences, and gathering transactional and behavioral data. 

This facilitates player lifecycle segmentation, communication, and marketing automation, ultimately streamlining operations and creating new avenues for revenue growth and player satisfaction, the company said in a statement.

The Centrivo CRM platform offers a comprehensive solution for multi-channel marketing communications, including email, SMS, and website push, by seamlessly integrating transactional data from existing Digitain setups, Ghulyan said. It also supports third-party integrations.

"The platform itself is user-friendly and can be configured to the operator's needs. Audience segmentation management, marketing cohorts, promotional templates, dynamic bonus management, and gamification functionality are all accessible via a reporting dashboard for performance analysis," he added.
