IGT's Wheel of Fortune, Powerbucks slots award six jackpots with winnings over $9M in June

International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that its Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks slots awarded six million-dollar-plus jackpots in June, totaling over $9 million.

On June 8, a Wheel of Fortune Double Diamond player won $2,752,887 at Colusa Casino Resort in California. On June 12, another Wheel of Fortune Pink Diamond player secured $1,568,632 at the California Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The following day, a Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,245,154 ($910,749) playing Cleopatra Grand at Chances Salmon Arm casino in British Columbia, Canada.

On June 15, a Wheel of Fortune Triple Red Hot 7’s player won $1,400,527 at Valley View Casino & Hotel in California.

Later in the month, on June 25, a Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Gold player won $1,593,457 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. Finally, on June 27, an online Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,091,060 ($798,377) playing Wheel of Fortune Latin Getaways in Ontario.

IGT Powerbucks slots have paid 59 jackpots of $1 million or more since their Canadian debut in 2016. Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,100 millionaires and awarded over $3.5 billion in jackpots since their launch in 1996.

The Wheel of Fortune slot is inspired by the popular Wheel of Fortune TV program, which reaches more than 25 million weekly viewers. Trademarked as America’s Game, it has earned seven Emmy Awards including a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Game/Audience Participation Show.
