California's Jamul Casino has paid out more than 22,900 jackpots to lucky winners for a total of $37,882,023 since April 1, 2024, the casino has revealed. The property averages 200 jackpots each day, and was recently named "one of the luckiest casinos in California."
The closest casino to Downtown San Diego and the only San Diego casino to make Casinos.com's top five, Jamul Casino offers more than 1,600 slot machines, 43 table games, a newly renovated poker room, High Limit slot machines, and a High Limit table games room.
"We are very grateful for the recognition of being the luckiest casino in San Diego," said Mary Cheeks, President and General Manager of Jamul Casino. "Jamul Casino has always been known as the casino that gives players more, and that includes jackpots."
Jamul Casino also offers its guests the Sweetwater Rewards loyalty program. With every wager, players earn points that can be redeemed for free play, food, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise, and Tier Credits to raise their member status.
Sweetwater Rewards members are also eligible for daily offers and promotions including giveaways, special events, and big drawings. Anyone interested in becoming a rewards member can sign up for free at Guest Services inside the casino, and a full list of rules and benefits can be found here.
The casino’s executive team celebrated the topping-off ceremony for the property's new hotel tower earlier this month, placing the final beam on July 12th along with members of Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation (JIVDC) and the Jamul Indian Village Tribe.
The brand-new, 16-story hotel tower will feature 200 rooms, including 52 spacious suites, and "a curated collection of leisure experiences." The new tower is slated to open in the spring of 2025.
