Meridianbet secures title sponsorship of Maltese FA Cup

Golden Matrix Group's Meridianbet has become the title sponsor of the FA Trophy, the Maltese FA Cup. "This three-year deal signifies a continued commitment from Meridianbet to support the sports culture in Malta," the online sports betting and gaming group said.

As part of the agreement, the Maltese FA Cup competition will now be officially known as the Meridianbet FA Trophy. The operator said it will leverage its "extensive experience and community-focused approach" to support both amateur and professional football in Malta.

The company recently launched the Meridianbet Betting Awareness initiative in collaboration with the Responsible Gaming Foundation, focusing on promoting safe gambling practices and supporting individuals affected by gambling addiction.

The company has also shown support for environmental conservation by backing the Malta Ranger Unit, thus contributing to local ecosystem preservation and sustainability promotion.
