GiG completes acquisition of SEO specialist Titan Inc.

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has officially completed its acquisition of Titan Inc. Limited, a provider of SEO and content services. This move, which was initially announced in June 2024, is set to enhance the operational capabilities of Gentoo Media, GiG’s media and affiliate business formerly known as GiG Media.

The acquisition, valued at €3.2 million ($3.57 million), is structured with an initial payment of €1.1 million ($1.23 million) made at closing, followed by two equal installments of €1.05 million ($1.17 million) after 12 and 24 months, respectively. Titan reported revenues of €3.3 million ($3.68 million) and an EBITDA of €0.72 million ($0.8 million) in 2023.

With the integration of Titan, Gentoo Media expects to realize substantial cost savings, particularly in SEO and content production, where costs could be reduced by up to 50%. The enhanced efficiencies and reduced costs are anticipated to improve the quality and speed of content delivery, thereby increasing revenue within the division.
