Regarding audience attendance, it is noteworthy that the morning sessions attracted approximately 180 participants, while the afternoon saw attendance fluctuate between 120 and 150 individuals. This highlights the significance of these segments for the local and regional industry.
On Wednesday evening, the welcome reception for the event took place, providing attendees with networking opportunities in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere, featuring a Dominican music orchestra and a DJ.
The event was sponsored by Juancito Sport and Star Sport and was held at the iconic Merengue bar in the Renaissance Jaragua Hotel.
It is important to note that the Gaming & Technology Expo has brought together business leaders and industry figures from the Dominican Republic and neighboring countries over three consecutive events held in 2021, 2022, and 2023 in Punta Cana, incorporating a significant academic component and exhibition booths. In 2024, the organization embraced the suggestion from local operators and authorities to move the venue to the capital city.
