The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has announced the suspension of Dimsacon Limited’s authorization to conduct gaming operations.

The company, which held the Recognition Notice RN/225/2021, has been barred from operating in or from Malta as of August 21, 2024, in accordance with Regulation 8 (1) (f) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations (S.L. 583.06).

The suspension is based on violations outlined in Regulation 9 of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations, including Regulation 9 (1) (m), which addresses various compliance breaches. As a result, Dimsacon Limited is no longer permitted to offer any gaming services under its license.

The decision to suspend the authorization can be appealed under Article 43 of Malta’s Gaming Act (Chapter 583).
