Gaming technology provider BetConstruct has announced that its team is now able to assist partners in acquiring the Tobique Gaming Licence. Issued by the Tobique First Nation of New Brunswick, Canada, the license is subject to a vigorous regulatory framework and responsible gaming practices.
The license is overseen by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Operators holding the Tobique Gaming Licence are required to be in full compliance with local regulations.
BetConstruct highlighted the following reasons why operators need the Tobique Licence:
"Through collaborating with the Tobique First Nation, the company is eager to aid partners in upholding regulatory compliance, particularly within the framework of entering new markets," BetConstruct said in a press statement. "This amounts to a safer industry for all involved."
As part of its expansion, BetConstruct recently acquired the Romanian Remote Gambling B2C Licence. This license, granted by ONJN (Romania National Gambling Office), enables BetConstruct to cater to Romanian users within the full scope of regulatory compliance.
BetConstruct’s team noted that this achievement marks "the culmination of a rigorous and comprehensive process to meet the stringent regulatory standards "set by Romanian authorities."
