Swedish iGaming provider Play’n GO was honored with the Software Supplier of the Year Award at the EGR Italy Awards ceremony held in Rome last Wednesday night. This accolade highlights Play’n GO's continued success in the competitive online casino market, the company noted.
The recognition comes after a stellar year for Play’n GO in Italy, marked by significant increases in player counts, rounds played, and gross gaming revenue (GGR). Popular titles such as Book of Dead, Tome of Madness, and Rise of Olympus 100 have continued to engage Italian players.
The milestone also comes as Play'n GO expands its content offering. With a portfolio of over 350 premium games, Play’n GO is on track to launch more than 50 new titles in 2024 alone.
Ebba Arnred, Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of Play’n GO, said: "We're honored to receive this award from the team at EGR Italy, and it is testament to the entire team here at Play'n GO. I would like to thank everyone at EGR, the judges, and especially our Italian operator partners, without whom winning this award would not be possible.
"We pride ourselves as the best casino entertainment provider in the world; awards like this don't so much affirm that belief as remind us of its importance. We look forward to defending our award in 2025, as we continue to deliver the best-in-class content that we are famous for."
