Pay4Fun discusses new challenges in the gambling industry at LSEG Risk Revealed 2024

Pay4Fun participated in the LSEG Risk Revealed 2024, an event organized by the London Stock Exchange Group in São Paulo, where the new rules and challenges that the betting industry and the financial world are facing were discussed.

Camila Caresi Rupe, Director of Compliance at Pay4Fun, was one of the panelists and provided her insight when addressing the topic 'New rules, new challenges: the future of gambling and the financial world'. During the panel, she highlighted the importance of good practices in the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism (ML/FT).

Sharing the stage with experts from various sectors, such as betting, risk management, and financial markets, the Pay4Fun board contributed to an enriching debate that explored the regulatory challenges and opportunities for the future of betting and finance.

"We thank the ACAMS Brazil Chapter and LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) for the invitation. Integrated risk management between regulators, institutions, and operators is undoubtedly the right way forward for the maturity and integrity of the sector," Pay4Fun said in a statement. 

The event, held in partnership with the ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialists) Brasil Chapter, featured important exchanges between participants, who discussed the new regulatory guidelines that will shape the future of gambling and the financial environment.

According to Pay4Fun, the records of the event show the climate of collaboration between experts and professionals in the sector, who sought solutions to the challenges posed by the new regulations.
