Altenar, Betsson Group, Evolution, Kaizen Gaming, and OKTO were among the brands celebrating victories at last week's SBC Awards Latinoamérica ceremony. Held on Thursday, October 31st, the event marked its fourth edition at the Seminole Ballroom in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
"The evening celebrated the outstanding achievements of visionary brands and individuals who are driving innovation and success in the Latin American gaming and betting industry," organizers said of the awards ceremony.
Mexican sports journalist and TV personality Inés Sainz returned to host the ceremony, presenting 27 award categories that honored operators, affiliates, suppliers, media organizations, and leaders, in front of an audience of 400 industry professionals.
Kaizen Gaming had a successful night, securing two awards, including 'Marketing Campaign of the Year' and the newly introduced 'Brazilian Market Entrant of the Year' for 2024. Meanwhile, Betsson Group was honored with the 'Sportsbook Operator of the Year' award.
Other winners in the operator categories included Rush Street Interactive, who was awarded 'Casino Operator of the Year', BetWarrior who took home the 'Sponsorship of the Year' award, and Lottofy who was named 'Bingo & Lottery Operator of the Year'.

Pay4Fun secured the 'Employer of the Year' award, whilst the 'Leader of the Year' accolade was shared between Kevin Saliba (Betsson Group) and Diana Margarita Otalora Taylor (Stake Colombia).
Softswiss was celebrated for its social responsibility initiative 'Help Brazil,' taking home the 'Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year' award, while Groove Technologies was presented the 'Women's Empowerment Initiative of the Year' award.
In the Affiliate categories, Better Collective was recognized as 'Sports Affiliate of the Year', whilst 'Casino Affiliate of the Year' was awarded to Game Lounge.
It was also a good night for Evolution who took home the 'Casino & iGaming Supplier of the Year award for the third consecutive year, whilst Altenar retained the title of 'Sportsbook Supplier of the Year' for the second year in a row.
Other winners in the supplier categories included Optimove who was named 'Marketing & Services Provider of the Year', Vibra Gaming who won 'Bingo & Lottery Supplier of the Year', Pragmatic Solutions who took home 'Platform Provider of the Year' and PayBrokers, who was honored with the 'Brazilian Supplier of the Year' award, a new addition for the 2024 edition.
Recognizing the future of iGaming and sports betting was the rising star categories, in which PopOk Gaming won the 'Rising Star In Casino' award, inplaySoft was presented the 'Rising Star In Sports Betting', and KTO named 'Rising Star of the Year'.
Oddin.gg and Sportradar were celebrated for their products, winning the 'Sports Data Live Betting Product' and 'Land-Based Betting & Gaming Product' awards, respectively. Meanwhile, Aviatrix took home the 'Industry Innovation of the Year' award, and Fast Track was honored with the 'Acquisition & Retention Partner' award.
In the payment and compliance categories, OKTO maintained the title of 'Payment Solution of the Year' for the second year in a row, whilst IDnow took the stage to accept the 'Compliance Partner Supplier of the Year' award.

The awards ceremony concluded the final day of the SBC Summit Latinoamérica, which saw 4,000 industry professionals convene at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino from October 29 - 31.
