Global casino management systems and jackpot technology supplier DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) will attend the upcoming Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Exhibition (BEGE) for the first time. The event is set to take place on November 27 - 28, a the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria.
"Having recently secured our Bulgarian supplier license, as well as approvals from the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology in respect of our jackpot offering, we are well positioned to 'hit the ground running'," said DRGT Austria Managing Director, Andreas Duller.
"Our efforts in the Balkans bore fruit upon us reaching an agreement with Efbet in respect of the provision of a management system solution to their 58 gambling halls, sports bars, and casinos across over 2,500-odd machines, as of December; as well as a pending wide-area progressive jackpot," he added.

Meanwhile, Marina Zaharieva, Efbet Trade Manager, commented: "Efbet currently sponsors Bulgaria’s top tier First Professional Football League and is an operator synonymous with not only sport and sports betting but also live casino games and slots."
"Notwithstanding the fact that we have been the market leading operator in the country for more than 30 years, we now needed a solution to better understand and reward our players, as well as manage our extensive estate, and are confident DRGT™ will deliver that solution. Our intent is to jointly 'raise the bar' by creating a thrilling gaming experience that is second to none," she noted.
Whilst this is DRGT's first showing at BEGE, the company has over 2 decades of management systems and jackpot development and deployment expertise from across 5 continents. 'The Player First' has always been their mantra, and it is this core design principle that it plans to focus on at its showing at the end of the month, the company announced.
Marco Herrera
Marco Herrera, CEO of DRGT, who recently joined the company after decades of experience in systems with Bally/Scientific Games, emphasized the critical importance of understanding and rewarding customers to drive sustainability and growth in an increasingly competitive battle for the general 'entertainment wallet.'
"With countless entertainment options now at our fingertips—streaming services, online gaming, social media, mobile "play for fun" games, and consoles like Xbox and PlayStation—the choices are endless. If casino operators aren’t equipped to recognize and reward their players in a timely and meaningful way, those players will simply take their business elsewhere," Herrera stated.
drFloorManager
DRGT will be showcasing their drFloorManager application at BEGE, as well as their ReelBonus games, their updated PlayerApp, and their self-service kiosk, along with their 'passport or ID scan-only' player registration solution.
According to the company, the "competitive advantage" of drFloorManager lies in its ability to instantly visualize gameplay for specific players, allowing operators to reward those players immediately, even if they are not loyalty club members.
ReelBonus games
Meanwhile, the company’s ReelBonus games are "an ideal tool" for rewarding loyalty club members, whether individually or in groups, with free-play, F&B vouchers, point bonuses, and the like.
These ‘games’ can be activated at the operator’s discretion and customized to fit any theme, "making them a powerful tool to promote new games, specific promotions, or just add that ‘winning feeling’ to their casino floor," the company noted.
drApp
The drApp, in turn, does away with the need for player cards and can be used to not only top-up and cash-out but is also a ‘one-stop-shop’ to check loyalty point balances, see the latest jackpot values, receive personalized ‘push notifications’ when special mystery jackpots, promotions, raffles and other offers like show tickets or hotel and restaurant discounts are available.
drAnalytics
In addition to the above solutions, DRGT will also be presenting their web-based drAnalytics tool as well as their wide-area jackpot technology, their 8.8” drScreenUltra player interface, and their core cashless offerings.
