As we celebrate our 20 years of work, we received countless of greetings and feedback from our readers, and we thought that the best way to define ourselves and celebrate this anniversary was to do it through their words.
Congratulations to Yogonet on chronicling the story of our industry for 20 years! Since I joined the AGA in 2019, Yogonet has served as a trusted resource and great partner of the industry. They make it easy to track developments no matter where they are happening across the global market. Thank you for keeping us all well-informed over the last two decades and here’s to many more years of excellence.
Yogonet has been a credible source for gaming journalism here in New York, across the U.S., and around the world for 20 years. As the Chair of the New York State Senate Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee, publications such as Yogonet were instrumental in helping to explain the legality and benefits of passing mobile sports betting in New York. I want to congratulate the journalists, staff and all members of Yogonet for this fantastic achievement, and I wish them much future success!
When Yogonet started there were no daily newsletters - they were the first. Yogonet became the international door to the gaming industry by providing not just press releases but by conducting interviews, presenting interesting articles and publishing news scoops from around the world. The fact that it was presented in English and Spanish enabled the industry to get truly international news from various parts of the world. Today, Yogonet is as relevant as it was 20 years ago, as it covers a large number of daily relevant information releases and its omni-channel approach has kept it at the forefront. Happy anniversary and looking forward to the next 20 years.
It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with the Yogonet team and offer Mohegan’s unique insight on gaming trends, share company updates, and discuss the overall entertainment landscape with this global audience of casino enthusiasts. Yogonet is a great asset to the industry, and we look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.
I have been a consumer of Yogonet for the entirety of its 20 year existence. I have always viewed as an essential ingredient to staying on top of the important headlines in the worldwide gaming industry. And as the industry has evolved so has Yogonet. It provides global content with a localized flavor and it is always highly relevant to salient issues and opportunities of the day facing our industry. Yogonet has truly created a special “community” I am honored to be part of! Congrats on 20 years and expect 100 years more!
A trip to the Yogonet website is and has been a regular part of my business day. I find the Yogonet layout easy to navigate and full of timely content. From a business perspective Yogonet has increased our visibility and brand awareness both domestically and internationally. Our website traffic has increased significantly. All of us at Acres wish Diego and the Yogonet team all the best on their 20 year Anniversary and continued success for many years to come.
Sharing a happy memory: Tuesday 22nd January 2002. 12.30pm in London’s Earls Court on Day 1 of ICE. The aisles are packed, the atmosphere is electric and I am met by two very earnest gentlemen sporting a briefcase each and big smiles for both. My first ever meeting with two of the founders of Yogonet: Diego Fiz and Pablo Zuppi. They pitch me on the upcoming launch of their new creation; an online daily gaming news briefing. Remember that the internet and the world wide web were still in their relative infancy but, after a lengthy discussion I become excited about the possibilities and duly signed up Unidesa (for whom I then worked) to be a Yogonet sponsor. The very first sponsor, as it happens, but starting a relationship that over the last 20 years and with my 3 different major manufacturers has been consistently excellent. The years have brought several, many actually, similar news channels but Yogonet remains my daily ‘go to’ and my friendship with Diego and Pablo remains as strong as ever. Congratulations, Yogonet, on your success to date. 20 years on and going as strong as ever. It has been a pleasure throughout and here’s to many more successful years in the future.
If we are looking for the latest industry news and industry insight from LatinAmerica, then Yogonet has become one of our most trusted sources. Over the last few years, the magazine has provided a platform for all verticals of iGaming, to educate and inspire an emerging market that is now becoming one of the most exciting regulated territories in our industry. We have really enjoyed working alongside the editorial team and we are very excited to see how the publication evolves over the next 20 years.
I started Unikrn back in 2014 and I originally read Yogonet to keep on top of what was happening in the wagering industry across Latin America. Over time it quickly became one of my favorite publications as it covered the global market and went into areas beyond traditional gambling. After Unikrn was acquired by Entain in 2021 I still read Yogonet to keep up on what's happening in the industry. It's a must read for anyone who wants to learn about the wagering industry from a completely unique perspective --- and who knows, my new company Irreverent Labs might be making a splash in this industry in the future. Congrats on your 20 year anniversary everyone! Here's to 20 more!
What I like about Yogonet is that the articles are well written and current. The publication covers both the online and land-based gambling business whereas most of its competitors cover one or the other. This holistic coverage of the industry helps Esports Entertainment Group showcase our B2B gaming software products. When we have articles and interviews on our innovative software solutions in Yogonet we are able to reach potential new land-based casino clients. To summarize, I can quickly find out what is taking place in the gambling sector in one publication.
To me, Yogonet provides global, in-depth coverage spanning all aspects of the gaming industry. I discovered the outlet about seven years ago and began expanding my knowledge of the Latin American gaming market through its coverage. Since then, it's remained one of my daily go-to resources for worldwide industry news, current topics, and future trends. Yogonet, particularly the founders Diego and Pablo, have been fantastic supporters of G2E for many years. We appreciate their continued partnership and look forward to growing together in the future.
Major congratulations to Yogonet on its 20-year anniversary! For two decades, Yogonet has been a stalwart voice in the gaming industry, providing news, insights, and analysis that is essential reading for anyone in the business. Here's to another 20 years of success!
I consider Yogonet to be a ‘must read’ part of the gambling industry media community. It succeeds in communicating topical news and information to an international audience in an accessible and compelling manner. The team at YogoNet also supports live events and it is always pleasant to share time in their company. Like the team at Clarion they are immersed in the international gambling industry and I consider them to be true friends and allies of our brands. Heart-felt congratulations on your success in celebrating 20-years from everyone at Clarion Gaming.
TCSJOHNHUXLEY has had the pleasure of working with Yogonet since its inception. Diego Fiz and his team have always been extremely helpful and supportive, providing a valuable industry resource that is globally read and universally well regarded. Yogonet is always one of the first with news, so I always make time to read it every day – some days in more detail than others, depending on commitments. Congratulations on reaching this milestone anniversary, we wish you continued success and look forward to seeing your next developments.
I have been reading Yogonet for the past 4 years. The articles are informative and the topics have a strong international awareness of the gambling industry from around the world. As a LATAM based publication I can always find information on the latest and most in depth gambling news from Yogonet. Also as someone that is involved in esports they cover that well too and I get solid information on the intersection between the gambling and esports industries.
Congratulations to Yogonet on 20 years covering the gaming industry across the globe. The trusted journalists at Yogonet are a reliable resource for many in our industry, and their coverage will be essential to the continued growth and evolution of gaming businesses around the world. We wish the Yogonet team all the best and look forward to working with them for the next 20 years.
Yogonet’s insights provide top-notch analysis on the recent developments in the gambling industry by giving the opportunity to those experts in the field to share their perspective. Yogonet Latinoamerica edition is particularly appreciated because of its established voice and credibility in delivering legislative and industry-related news on that region. We have been collaborating with Yogonet during the past years and we hope we can continue to develop it in the future.
I have been reading Yogonet's news and insights for over a decade. The information they provide has been paramount in developing our network & business in South America - without them I am unsure I would have the same knowledge and connections to this day. I look forward to expanding my relationship with the team at Yogonet both personally and professionally with the Gaming Operations Academy in the coming months to develop awareness of our latam facing training products for the industry. Congratulations on your anniversary and keep up the great work.
We are grateful for the support we have received over the past 20 years

In early 2002, the gaming industry was surprised to receive a series of daily email reports called "Yogonet.com, the Gaming Industry over the Internet".
Quickly and with a certain element of interest, businessmen and executives began to visit the first news website in Latin America for the sector, where the region's current affairs was the main focus of information. Only six months later, the online subscriber base had grown exponentially and the first companies began to support the new communication media, which, without competing with the hegemonic magazines of the time, sought to occupy a market niche that no one had imagined up until then.
Between late 2002 and mid-2003, the "news portal in Spanish" made several leaps in its growth, first by presenting itself at international exhibitions such as SAGSE Buenos Aires and ICE in London, and then by launching an edition entirely in English for European and U.S. audiences. Since then, Yogonet has transformed and evolved to become -within the gaming sector- the most important online media in Latin America, and one of the most widely read at an international level.
It changed its image, expanded its technological platform, offered new services and presented itself -officially and in person- at more than 150 events around the world, in destinations as diverse as Las Vegas, London, Moscow, Macao, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Santiago de Chile, Madrid, Mexico City, Brasilia, Panama, Lima, Bogota, San Juan de Puerto Rico, Aruba, Caracas, Quito and Sao Paulo.
In its development and as a complement to its offering, it also edited the first and only Directory of suppliers and manufacturers of the gaming industry for Latin America and Spain, created the first and only magazine aimed at VIP players in the region, VIP - Very Important Players, and organized for more than a decade the series of conferences EY! Encuentro Yogonet in Argentina, Mexico and Panama, bringing together the industry's leading figures in a first-class event that contributed to the sector's professionalism.
